I decided you are like the abusive boyfriend that I can't break up with; even though you keep beating the crap out of me, I just can't quit you. I am sore as shit, but it is a great sore. Remember when I was saying that the hot yoga/puking/dizziness was totally worth it because of the feeling the next day? Well, the feeling is even better after workouts with you, especially this past Wednesday's workout. Thanks for kicking my ass and pushing me to be stronger and not giving up on me when I push back and try to cheat. You have honestly shown me a whole new world as far as fitness and health are concerned. For all of this, I am eternally grateful.

I was lucky enough to hang and train with a Duke Garone, Independent Strength and Conditioning Specialist, head of Real Fitness NYC, and all around bad-ass.I can honestly say, it was one of the best ass-kickings I have ever had. This is what Duke, (who has a brother named Ceasar,) had to say about working out, radical self-honesty and above all, taking responsibility for your own actions! To say that I got a good workout in is a severe understatement. I have also seen Duke teach classes, and have the ENTIRE class, one at a time, use him as a punching bag...LITERALLY!
